Watcha eat today?????

Good Wednesday evening gang. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day. Before Breakfast- 8oz lite cranberry juice and water mixed Breakfast- Advant Edge carb control 11.5 ounces Lunch- tried milk did not work out. Then I tried Advant Edge carb control again it did not taste good. Snack sf pudding Dinner 8oz milk worked out OK this time Snack 2sf Popsicles. I have gotten in lots of fluids today. I am not sure, but I think I almost made my 64oz. I did not get all my protein, but I am going to work on one thing at a time. Exercise- I walked a mile today. I was upset it took my 23mins to walk the mile, but I will try again tomorrow. Have a good rest of the night, Melissa

Breakfast - 1/2 South Beach Meal replacement Bar Snack - 4oz SF yougurt w/ tbsp of high protien granola Lunch - Spinach Salad w/ egg, a little bacon & onion Snack - 4 oz SF yougurt w/ tbsp of granola Dinner - 1/4 cup brown rice & 1 cup stir fried veggies & about 1 oz of beef Snack - glass of milk - Im out of protien powder

Alicia, How does the rice work out for you?? I was told I would not be able to eat rice, or pasta again. Something about the way it swells once it gets into the new pouch. Melissa

Hi Melissa....looks like you are doing better...I am glad.. Breakfast~ Cream of wheat with splenda and the spray butter Lunch ~ Ground chili with cheese Snack ~ No sugar added pudding Dinner ~Chili again Before bed, I will get in my protein drink.... I have gotten in alot of fluids too...seems that goes down the easiest.. Got some walking in and then Choir tonight. Have a good night and sleep well. Hugs Betsy
