Over the counter medication question

I have developed a sinus cold. I went to the store and purchased Tylenol Sinus Relief with Acetaminophen. My question - do I still take the normal adult dosage or should I cut it in half due to the size of my pouch. I faintly remember something about our body obsorbing/processing differently but I cannot remember. Please help someone ! Sandy 357/221/155

I was always told to take the regular dosage.
