A good Prtein Supplement

I wanted to let everyone know about a great protein that was recommended to me..it is called Profect you can get it on the protica website...it is only 2.7 ounces with 25 grams of protein. You need to take it with food so it can't be used right after surgery..I am 6 months out so I drink it right before I eat. have a good day

Shelly -- It is great, I use it everyday, sometimes twice. But you don't need to drink it with food, it can be used alone. In fact, it makes me too full to eat right away. Enjoy! Dawn

Shelly, I also love the Profect and have probably one per day. You can buy it on UBID.com for cheaper than on the Protica website. I just bought a case on UBID.com for a total of $56.00. On the Protica website it would have been $69.00 plus tax and shipping. Good luck, and I also don't take it with food. Tammy
