Weather keeping you inside??

“Sometimes the weather makes you an insider. Here's how to break out.”

If winter snows, spring rains, blistering summers, or blustery autumn weather periodically finds you running for cover, you may start to feel isolated and inactive. Getting out to workout regularly fights the blues that creep up, not to mention the weight that inactivity breeds. To invigorate you further, hit the malls for a brisk-paced stroll and to window shop. Get involved in an adult sport: faux rock wall climbing, bowling, volleyball, racquetball, or swimming (all that can be done inside). You may even want to volunteer to coach or assist youth sports. Running alongside a group of 8-yr olds will get your metabolism in full swing. If you are really house bound, tackle a big cleaning project like cleaning the garage or even vacuuming can burn lots of calories if you do it with vigor. Use your imagination to find motivation for indoor activities

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
