Northern Virginia Support Groups

Hey all, I am a recent transplant from South Florida.  I had RNY in April 2006 at Cleveland Clinic near Fort Lauderdale and have been a member of OH since right before my surgery.  I am looking for a support group in the NOVA area.  I live in Clifton, just west of Fairfax and work in Manassas, so anywhere in the Manassas/Arlington corridor would work for me.  Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi John,
I've been trying to find one around my area. I know in the Fairfax area, Blue Point has a support group 1x a month at Fair Oaks hospital. They have one next Monday. Not sure if I can make it, but I sure will try.

Just wanted to update you. Blue Point will be starting a new support group every 3rd Wednesday of the month starting 12/19/12 at 6:30. The meetings will be held at Stafford Hospital. check out Blue Point's FB page or their website for more info. As always, these meetings are free and open to all.
