New to this board

Just recently, well a year ago, lol, moved from Oregon to Virginia. I'm in the Front Royal area. Anyone near me?

Hello,

Welcome to VA!  I think you will find a lot of charm in VA.  I live in Culpeper which is central VA, right in the middle of horse and wine country.  I used to live up in the northern VA area so I am quite familiar with it.  This board tends to be very quiet.  I try to do a daily roll call to get people to chat but most of the time, they don't.  Maybe with you on here they will pirk up? :o)

I actually grew up here, moved to VA from NY in '83. But I've been in California and Oregon for the past 15 years. Came home to be with family =)

I live with my sister and BIL here in FroRo. I grew up in Sterling and Manassas. My younger sister lives in Culpeper with her family, so I'm familiar with that area, as well.

And I noticed the lack of people posting ;)

We are a returnee to VA also.  We have lived in Herndon, Reston and Fairfax.  I so much enjoy Culpeper more.  Just far enough away and yet close enough if I need to head up that way.  Having friends and family up there also helps. If you head down this way, let me know.
