Wednesday Roll Call
Hi all,
Well we finally got settled in. However, we couldn't get our box springs up the stairs so it is sitting in our living room. A lot of stairs have a slant to their ceilings enabling large objects to go up. Not this one. So we are sleeping on mattress only. For the most part, we are settled in.
Still looking for a pet sittler. Got a little time since I don't start work unitl Aug 20 unless I can find some temporary work which I am hoping to do.
Parade today downtown. I could probably watch it from my porch but won't be able to see a lot due to lines of people. I'm going to try to get all my errands run before that time.
I am hoping to get to know some of you. I feel at home here but very much alone. Talk later.
