Woodbridge, VA support group?

Hi all, I had my bypass in Florida a few years ago, and I have since moved to Woodbridge, VA. I have gained about 20 pounds and I'm feeling off track. I have never gone to a support group before, but I was hoping to connect with some others and make some positive changes. Anyone know of a good group in my area?

Bluepoint Surgical has a support group on the first thursday of each month at 6:30pm at Potomac Hospital's Hylton Education Center. I really like the support group, to be honest though I haven't been in almost 3 months because my work.
