Inner Thigh Flab

Does anyone have any sugestions on how to get rid of inner thigh flab besides surgery? Thanks for all responses.

Dependant on your starting weight and/or amount of inner thigh flab, I've seen a few seminars that discuss this form of laser skin tightening.  Many plastic surgeon's offer it, but I would [think] that an outpatient place like this would be cheaper.  I don't know anyone who has tried it to see how they liked the results.
