Central Virginia Orthopedic Surgeon

I live between Fredericksburg and Richmond Virginia and wonder if anyone has had any experiences with orthopedic surgeons in this area.  I have been to two, one in Fredericksburg and one in Richmond and am not sure about either of them.  I need knee replacements on both sides, am in end stage arthritis and am bone on bone at this point.  Needless to say I am in quite a bit of pain daily and am living on Tramadol and sometimes Davocet.  Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated!

Dr David Nedeff with West End Orthopaedics did both my rotator cuff repairs and did a great job.  He does knees also.....

Dr. Robert Adelaar... he is the Nations BEST... got me out of a wheel chair....

 I highly recommend a trip to Williamsburg to see Dr. Charles Wilhelm. I drive down from Richmond to see him - he did my 2 knee replacements. Best care anywhere and the nicest man, who spends incredible amounts of time with his patients. He also serves as team doctor for William & Mary football and several US Olympic teams. You will not regret the trip. Good luck, whatever you decide.
