Okay so no exercise yesterday, ended up getting home late because fo a last minute errand and then helped my "son" with his biology exam.  We are done with school work, graduation practice tomorrow & then graduation on Monday!  Woohoo!!!!

Yesterday's results

only got about 32 oz of fluids in
B - 100 calorie onion bagel w/cream cheese & watermelon
S - granola bar
L - Chipotle bowl
S - none
D - cheeseburger

today's plan:
coffee in
going to start fluids now
B - english muffin with peanut butter & watermelon
S - granola bar, banana or crackers, if needed
L - left over manwich
S - what ever I don't do in the a.m., if needed
D - unsure

good morning court..   wow graduation.. exciting..  im just glad summer break for the kids start next friday.. so i dont have to get them up and dressed and fed by a certain time  lol   then i can hang out at the pool and water park alot.. i need a tan.. :)   i worked out for a short time yesterday.. 30 minutes on the bike at the gym..  i was going to go back in the evening.. but i got lazy..  but tonight is my spin class.. and as much as i dread going.. i love the feeling i have in myself when the short hour is over...

B.. apple oatmeal  110 calories
S   skipped
L    salad with crab meat
S   protein drink
D   A smart one meal..

i need to get the water down.. its 10;30 and i havent drank any.  so im going to chug..
