Thursday On Track Check In

Good Morning all.  How are you today?  Good here.  Enjoyed some window shopping yesterday evening all by myself, then it was home for dinner & afterwards I did 1.5 - 2 miles on my bike while hubby walked the dog.  I do admit my tushy is a bit sore this a.m., I need a nice padded seat for my bike.  Hoping to do the same tonight.

Yesterday's results:
cuppas & protein in
48 oz
B - yogurt & whole grain english muffin
S - carrots
L - kids size burger w/tomato, onion minus 1/2 bun & a few french fries
S - crackers
D - london broil & mixed veggies

Today's plan:
cuppas & protein in
B - yogurt & whole grain english muffin
S - crackers or carrots
L - leftovers
S - whatever I don't eat in the a.m.
D - not sure yet

good mornin' court!  im great here, about to run to Walmart! yay!  im looking for a sports bra today and need to pick up some protein powder.  i have a bunch of energy so im off and running

today so far:

vitamins in w/ 16.9oz water,  24 oz Coffee and 16.9oz more water

B- 1 pk Quaker Cinnamon Swirl High Fiber Oatmeal, 1/2 cup Eggbeaters with 1 sl Amer. Cheese and 4 oz Unsweetened Applesauce.

plan for the rest of the day:
S- Protein Shake from Tropical Smoothie
L- Tuna on Sandwich Thins, Salad and some sort of fruit
S- 1 pk Quaker Chocolatey Mint Rice Cakes Bites (90 cal)
D- Chicken Breast Strips and Baked Potato with Steamed Broccoli

today is walking day...gonna step it up and alternate walk/jog  WOO HOO

Hello ladies..

today is a good day so far..  i look forward to my shows on thursday night with the hubby... i had some running around to do this morning then stopped at the gym.. i felt like i did a good work out..   40 minutes of bike and then some weight training  the back of my arms are killin me so thats good i guess....  i then also went to walmart and  grabbed subway for lunch.. my favorite fast food .. its healthy..

my food intake..

coffee and vitamins in

B  oatmeal   130 calories
S  skipped oops
L   turkey 6 inch subway..  no dressing no cheese  280 to 300 calories
S   will be my protein drink 130 calories 26 g of protein
D   cooking salmon with vegis and rice for hubby a small red potato for me
S    my other protein drink i skipped earlier

im down to 183 today...    i need to drink more water... have a great day
