Hi everyone! I am new to this :) My RNY date is 4/21/10 :) I am look
ing for support! I am on pre op diet ugh lost 5 so far ahve 10 more in 9 days!! Ugh I am stressin! HELP

hi jen! good morning and congrats on your wls date!  TAKE A DEEEEP BREATH! Everything is going to be alright.  You are about to experience a roller coaster of emotions, believe me, i did.  Its OK!  Just take one breath, one hour, one day at a time and everything will fall into place

you've come to the right place!   there are some great people here with so many different experiences and stories, the support and advice has always been awesome.  its what ive leaned on for years

so, drink drink drink ...smile and breatheee!

Thank you so much! I am sticking to it :) I really ahve no problem with not eating and changing what I eat and all that! Just starving sux :) But I am staying postive just trying to keep myself from getting discouraged! Thank you for the support and kind words :) Congrats on your weight loss! You look Great!    Jen

Hi Jen,  Good luck on your journey, just take it one day at a time and you will be fine.  I am 7 months post op and I can tell you the months have gone by so fast.  I have not lost the weight fast but it has been consistant and I am very glad I had my rny.  But it definitely is a journey and an emotional one at that.  You will be fine.

ooh how i remember days before i had my surgery.. i lived on this website.. and it helps.. i learned so much from them and 4 yrs later im back on this website daily still learning from them... you will have the biggest support group right here at your finger tips.. any question.. will be answered...  keep doin what your doing... and soon you will have a new you...
