Tuesday Back on Track Check in

Good Morning!  How are you today?  Doing well here.  Finally back at work today although there is a 2 hour delay.  I partly feel good about being back to normal but part of me enjoyed being at home.  Nothing really planned today, work of course and probably some errands.  Perhaps a walk with the dog.  Hope you all have a great one!

B - egg mcmuffin (minus 1/2 bread)

L - not sure, no leftovers to pack
S - fruit
D - not sure as I may pick up something while out shopping

Lunch - soup and salad
Dinner- grilled salmon and asparagus
Snack- peanuts

Will do a few ab exercises today.

Good morning beautiful.  Glad you enjoyed your weekend....I did as well!  Yesterday was non-stop and I didn't have a chance to pop in and post ... but I am trying to get better about that!  Today is another busy busy busy one and I am loving it!  It keeps me active and helps me get in the exercise I need and want!

I'm off to the gym now for two hours of cardio and swimming!  Got a couple of new bathing suits that I need to break in...lol
