I don't see one and I actually wrote it all down yesterday!

I had the DS, so I count protein (with a goal of 90-100g a day) and carbs (with a goal of less than 75 per day, less than 50 is even better).  I do not count fat or calories.

B - 6 pieces of bacon, 1/2 c choc milk, 2 grapes = 16g P, 9g C
S - 5 saltines, 2 oz chicken salad = 12g P, 13gC
L - 1 piece whole wheat bread, lots of mayo, 4 pieces of bacon = 12g P, 10g C
S - 1/4 Isopure = 10g P
S - 1/4 Isopure, 1 Lindt chocolate truffle = 11g P, 7g C
D - Stew meat, 1/3 cup grean beans w/ butter = 28g P, 3g C

Totals = 89g P, 42g C

Got all my vites in.

Not too shabby.

Sounds awesome!  There usually is not a Sat post...but you can always feel free to jump in and post one!  usually is is M-F but a weekend one sounds awesome!
