Morning.  Well it felt good to take a couple of hours to myself yesterday but it did not improve my grumpiness much so after dinner last night I put myself in time out in the bedroom to keep my mood to myself.  Ended up asleep early and that has helped.  Another busy work day, girlies this evening so I know that will be busy too.  Nothing really planned though,

a.m. protein &  cuppas in
B - english muffin & yogurt w/granola
S - apple
L - leftovers
S - peanut butter crackers

D - not sure yet

Good afternoon, Courtney!  Glad you were able to get some sleep in....it is amazing how being worn out can affect our moods.  I hope today is a better day for you.

 Exercise:  Today is "break day" for me after three days of heavy weight training, back at it tomorrow

Food:

L:  Soup and salad
S:  Protein shake
D:  Not sure yet....have to figure out what I am in the mood for!
S:  Protein pudding pie
