Hello and Belated Happy Holidays and Happy New Year
Oh what a time I have had recently . My daughter Amy is pregnant and has not had the best time at all in this pregnancy . It has taken me away from the boards and my support groups in which I sincerely apologize . Not only have I been dealing with Amy , I am preparing to have Spinal Fusion surgery on my neck in January and my weeks have been filled with physical therapy. My dream is for the pain to be gone and to get back to my ability to run and work out more . Right now I am limited on the things I can do . But do them regardless.
I have talked to my group and have advised them after little Breylen is here ... We are to get started on our goal setting .
The local members are going to be planning Walk to make money to support the local Bariatric Groups . We plan on buying things to make get well baskets , or welcome home baskets .

Oh has may things planned for you all next year . I hear more events are being planned. As this year was a clear success . I hope that everyone gets chance to come out to one of the events . You will defiantly leave thee feeling good about so many things .
I plan on being more active here in the Va Group . I have been a part of this group on and off for about 4 years .. and I totally miss seeing old and new faces .
