Support Group Call reminder!! Mon 7.30pm...
Sue and I plan to hold a Support Group conference call on Monday evening just to see how we are all doing for the holiday season:

1 402 237 2497 and the passcode is 2802 at 7.30pm.......So get dinner over with and kids snuggled down, fix a cup of decaf and join us for our version of the “office party"….let’s talk it out….how we are handling the stresses of the holiday season. Relaaaax….it’s just us!
Even if we have never talked before or you just see us on the boards - come and join us! It is open to everyone not just support group members! Reconnect with friends, make friends......... Call with any topic you want to discuss - anything you are unsure about, need some recipes or eating ideas, need some encouragement, just want to say Hi and Happy Holidays etc...
