vitamin suggestions
Hi, Folks:
Me again. Since I am having revision/repair surgery, I need to get serious about my vitamin supplementation. I confess that I haven't been taking them for a while, but realize that it's pretty stupid to not take them.
I am hoping that you wonderful people will have some suggestions as to your preferred vitamin regimen, brands, flavors, chewable v. pills, etc.
Any help you can provide would be great!
Thanks,
elizabeth

Yes... you definitely need to be talking to a nutritionist who will give you details of the vitamins you should be taking. Here's mine:
I use Bariatric Advantage. They are made specifically for WLS patients... they are absorbed easily.
They are a bit more expensive but I decided it's worth it at least until I reach my goal. My labs at 3 and 6 month were perfect. I use the Orange flavored chewable multivitamin, the cherry chewable calcium citrate, Dry vitamin D, B 50 Complex and Sublingual B12. My nut. told me those were the specific ones I needed. I buy them at Nashua Nutrition online....

... and my favorite Protein drinks are Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel and Roadside Lemonade. I don't like the milky ones... I buy the Nectar at Nashua Nutrition or BestPriceNutrition.com.
