Nice Party/Great Time

After Action Report:
I attended Jackie and Sue's Obesity Freedom Support Group meeting last night in Fredericksburg and met in person some of our VA board buddies.  It is so much fun meeting our board celebrities in person. 
Jackie and Sue had secured a ton of nutrition samples, an nice meeting location, and had everyone bring a Post-op friendly dish with recipe as refreshments.  we did the standard round the room intros then snacked and rubbed elbows.  My schedule only allowed me to stay at the meeting/party for 30 minutes but I stayed 45 and wish I could have stayed longer. 
Great Job Jackie and Sue!   Wish I didn't live 1.5 hrs away one-way.

Would have loved to be there and meet you all.  Recovering from TT.   Hope to meet some of you at the luncheons since I will be home til the new year.

I thought about driving down but just have too much to do between now and Christmas!  I live up by Dulles airport so it would have been a long drive.  Glad you had fun.  Hopefully I'll get to join you all some other time ... i would love to meet you all in person.

It was awesome for you to make the journey up to see us and glad that you had a good time!  We are all very honored that you made the effort!

Sue and I were happy to see everyone who made it and those that didnt - we missed you  -the food was awesome - Melissa I LOVED the carmalized sweet potatoes - it was like a desert, Julie the pumpkin pie was awesome - all the food last night was just wonderful - the meatballs yummy, cheese was delicious, cookies were delicious etc etc and as you all saw, my son Connor enjoyed the food too lol

We look forward to seeing you all at next month's meeting...
