Hello All,

Ms. Penny Denny where are you?? I am down to 190, thats 4 pounds lost from last week. Thanksgiving was wonderful spent it with family and friends. Actually did not eat a lot, one small plate was all I ate.

I am down to 197, 1 lb. from last week. I figured this week would be a small loss because I lost 5 lbs. last week. So I am happy with the 1 lb. Thanksgiving was great. I used a small saucer and just had a bite of everything. I did not feel deprived at all and I had a great time with my family.
