Good Monday morning everyone....

I am still at 168. So I stayed the same,but that is going to change this week.. I promise.

On thanksgiving day, I am going to do my first 5K. Thanks goes out to Blair, Sarah, and Lys for the inspiration.

Morning Penny,

Im weighing in at 195 this week. Thats two pounds lighter than last week. YEAH!!

Good morning Penny!  Good luck in the 5K...I cant wait til I am fit enough to do them also. 

I lost 1 lb this last week...weight is down to 334.  Still 3 lbs from making the 1st 100.  Going to work harder on the exercise this week to hopefully make that goal.

Good Morning Penny. I am 180lbs  this morning. Downabout 5lbs from last week. Not sure what happenedand why I lost so much.  It may have been from moving this weekend. I did eat though. Are you running in the 5k in Fairfax?  I know someone coming from Texas to run it.  I may be there. I am cooking Turkey dinner that day so I am not sure, my first Thanksgiving I havejosted.

Melissa, I will be running in Roanoke on Thanksgiving Day. I'm a little nervous, but it should be okay. Good job on the weight loss

Lets  just say yuck as I am up again this week.  Definitely going to work harder at things.  Got a new puppy, who will grow to be a big doggie so I will be incorporating him into some exercise with walks, perhaps jogs.  We actually took a little walk this morning,  he tires out quickly so we didn't go too far.  Started our little health group at work back up so I am making use of my support there too.

I am down one pound from last week.  I must do better this week.  Today is another day.  I want to lose 10 lbs before the end of the year.  I know...I'm really giving myself a good amount of time, but my weight comes off so slow.  I'll be happy to get those 10 lbs off by the New Year.
