Looking for something yummy and "pumpkiny?"
This time of year for me is apples and pumpkin (not necessarily together!). In my "past life," it was pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies (boy do I miss those!), pumpkin pie...you get the idea. The last couple of years it was no big deal, but this year I have been craving it. Soooo...that said, I made this for breakfast and it was really good. Thought I would share.
1 container fat free plain Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
4 pkgs. Splenda
2-3 tbsp. sugar free flavored syrup (I used pumpkin flavor, but vanilla would work too)
1 tbsp. solid pack pumpkin (canned...make sure it is the solid pack)
2 tbsp. Kashi Go Lean cereal
Mix...eat. MMMMMMM.... :)
