Back on Track - Thursday Post

Woohoo the weekend is almost here.  After a crazy summer hiatus we got our "Health" group back on at work yesterday and will be supporting each other in our healthy endeavors.  My goal for the next 2 weeks is to take 7 walks.  I got a good one in last night with my hubby.  We got home and had some veggie beef stew & grilled cheese sandwiches, then we settled down to watch baseball.  The Yankees won so my household is happy.  Tonight is our night with the girlies.  The oldest is having a friend come over so they can make a bunch of brownies for the football team as tomorrow is the last game of the season so my kitchen will be busy tonight.  Not much else really planned, some house chores need to be done so we will see what I can accomplish.  Hope you all have a great one!

Good am. Excited the weekend is drawing closer as well. Got a sudden burst of energy later in the pm yesterday so took advantage of it. Have a lot I'd like to accomplish today. Focusing on changing my outlook at the moment. Gonna get in some nature time & revise my to do lists.
