Life could not get any better than this!
A luncheon sounds great. My RNY is scheduled for 11/23 so anytime before that for me. I would avoid downtown due to parking problems. I guess it depends on which part of Richmond will work for most people. East end could be one of the restaurants at White Oak Village - it is right off interstate 64. North side - maybe one of the restaurants near VA Center Commons. West end - lots of restaurants on West Broad. I don't know a thing about south side.
