Back on Track - Tuesday Post

Okay I am so far behind this a.m. it isn't funny.  Hubby is sick at home this a.m.  Girlies were slow moving & bickering so we were very late getting out the door.  I was late to work & swamped with things to make up from yesterday.  Ready for this day to be over already.  But yesterday was fabulous and very enjoyable.

a.m. protein & cuppas in
B - yogurt with granola & english muffin (vitamins too)
S - clementines
L - chili
S - apple
D - not sure

Good morning all and Ms. Court,  Just got back from potomac had to have my routine mammogram done this a.m.  Fun Fun!

B- 1/2 of a cottage cheese double w/strawberries
S- protein shake
L - chili or cheese
S-protein shake
D- soup and a little salad

Good pm. Yesterday was all right. Got treated last pm with some down time with Mom so that was spiffy. I'm behind as well. This has been an interesting day to say the least. I woke up with the weirdest vibing going on. For good reasons. Anyhow, leaning heavily on the Serenity Prayer & thankful for the blessings in our lives. Taking it easy today.

What a crazy day this day has turned out to be.  Before things got hectic, I was able to get out and get a really good walk in...it felt so good!

Exercise:     2.67 miles of a power walk

I am back focusing on protein, fluids and most of all, vigorous exercise.  Basics, basics, basics!  :)
