Some recipes to try

I thought I would add these recipes into the mix.  My family loves them and they are WLS friendly.

CROCK POT LONDON BROIL
8 servings

1 2lb lean cut london broil
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. chopped green bell pepper

Place london broil in crock pot with some water.  Top with onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and green bell peppers.  Cook for 8 hours.

BAKED CAULIFLOWER
8 servings

1 large fresh cauliflower
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1 slices of American cheese

Remove stem and leaves from cauliflower and boil until tender.  Remove to casserole dish (keep cauliflower whole).  Top with cream of mushroom soup and cheese.  Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.

CINDY'S CHILI

Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean ground beef (7% fat)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can corn
    1 pkg McCormick's Chili Seasoning


Directions

Brown ground beef thoroughly. Add seasoning mix. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, whole tomatoes. Mix. Drain beans and corn, rinse. Add to meat mixture. Cook over low heat until seasonings are thoroughly blended. Serve hot with shredded cheese and/or sour cream. Make 16 servings.

Oh Cindy - these sound wonderful - thanks for sharing the recipes as well as the nutrition info!  Been gone for a week and can't possibly keep up with all the posts l missed!  But, home now!  Hope everyone is doing well!!

Cindy,
I am going to try the califlower recipe for sure. My family likes califlower but I never have.
The beef crock pot recipe is a twist on one my Mom made. I still have this as my 'special' birthday meal.
I take a beef roast top with the dry onion soup mix and the cr. mushroom soup., wrap it in aluminum foil and put in 350 oven.
