Glad to see you positng with us Ken. Here is my opinion on your intake just based on this post. I don't think you are getting enough calories in which is why you are stalled & gaining. I think your body might be in stavation mode. Men tend to need more calories than women to begin with and you definitely need to increase as you get further out and your exercise increases. Perhaps adding in some snacks will help. Keep it simple but high in protein. Protein shakes or bars, string cheese, sliced or cubed cheese, hard boiled egg, things like that.
