HELP! need to find personal trainer for 3-month pre-surgery requirement

I'm having a heck of a time with this

I have aetna, and before i can apply for approval i have to complete a 3-month nutritionist prep thing...and then it JUST came to my attention that I must ALSO have a 3-month program with a personal trainer as part of the pre-surgery prep requirement...

I'd LOVE to hear from anyone who has completed this/who you used/how much it cost, etc...

VSG on 09/30/08 with

Candace I belong to a local gym for 39. a month ... Personal trainer costs about 60 to 70 per hour. You may be able to hire a personal trainer privately.

I actually am using the personal trainer post op. Pre op I would have need the therapist instead of a trainer.

Are you under a government insurance plan? If so change to BCBS, you may have a better time of it.
