New idea
How would you all like to do a weekly weigh=in on the board? I was thinking on Monday mornings we could post our current weight and then state if we are up or down from the previous week. I sometimes think if we are accountable to others, then it keeps us a little more motivated. Who's in?

Count me in but do you want to do it weekly or bi-weekly? Maybe monthy weekly could be discouraging to some. Whichever though guess I need another scale because I threw mine away to not (1) but 3 of them...... But we can decide on what you want to do..... Rawk on.....
