Getting back on track - Wednesday post
Morning all! How are you today? How is the getting on track plan coming? doing well here. Yesterday I did pretty good with my foods, water & vitamins. Ended up doing chores at home last night so no real structured exercise. Going to see what I can get accomplished today though.
A.M. Protein drink - done
B - Bagel & yogurt
S - Zuchini muffin
L - ham, cheese & tomato sandwich with some chips
S - Banana
D - haven't gotten that far yet.
Hoping to throw in a nice walk with my hubby this evening. :)

Mornin' all!! So far I'm doing ok too.
B: 2-egg egg salad
6 oz 1% milk
L: steamed squash & green beans
D: haven't decided yet.
W: Got my 64-oz jug filled & intend for it to be empty by 3 pm & ready for a refill.
Saw my PCP yesterday. Guess what? I've had CHF all these years since I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy! Who knew? Not me!! Been having problems with edema in my legs lately...a typical symptom of CHF. So now my lasix has been upped from 40 mg to 60...40 in the AM & 20 around 3 pm. Let's hope that works. I really hate better living through chemistry but sometimes it's necessary.
