Back on Track - Tuesday post

Well my Monday was very good.  Got in everything, good foods, vitamins, fluids, and a lovely brisk walk with my hubby in the evening.  I love it when a plan comes together.  Not too much on the books for today.  Work then home for some chores, baking and a good book.

A.M. protein drink in
B - bagel & yogurt
S - banana
L - ham, cheese & tomato sandwich with some sun chips
S - crackers
D - not sure probably left overs

Exercise may be a walk if I feel like it but definitely got some house cleaning to be done.

Good morning Court!!  Glad your MOnday went so well :) 

Today I have already been to town to run all my errands.  So the rest of the day I am going to walk to the gym for a short time on the treadmill, work on finishing the laundry and ironing and start making a diaper cake for a baby shower.  Whew!!  May need a nap in there somewhere also!!

B - scrambled egg with cheese
S- Protein Shake
L - Tuna and 2 saltines
S- Protein Shake
D- Chili

I should reply to this more often. I need to get back on track as well. I've been busy getting the kids ready for school. They start tomorrow. I'm a little worried because Lewis is out of town, so I'm trying to figure out how I can do this all by myself. I'm thinking about leaving my job if I can find some reasonable health insurance. We also got a dog from the humane society. He is perfect. We love him alot. I need to get back to exercising. I've been very lazy since vacation. My weight has stayed the same for about 6-8 weeks. I'm still considered 9 pounds overweight, so I'd at least like to get that off.

Good afternoon,

Today has been a lot of running around, so here is my food:

Two protein bars
One protein shake
Crackers
Yogurt

Still need to see what else I am going to get in.  Supplements are taken care of, fluids are almost all in.  :)

I kinda sorta did ok, but not where I would have liked to be.  I didn't have any breakfast & in fact I didn't eat anything until around 3 pm, after my PCP appt. We went out to eat at a buffet but I think I did good there.

L:  1 chicken liver with a couple drops of brown gravy
     1/2 a chicken fried steak with half tsp of gravy
     2 really small pieces of catfish
     about a tbsp of the pudding part of banana pudding.

D: fresh zucchini from my garden

W: 64 oz

E:  I played 5 games of Wii bowling!!
