Kat asked me to post an update. Her grandpa passed away around noon, with Momma Pat holding his hand. They would appreciate your thoughts & prayers. She hopes to be able to hop on and post an update later tonight.

Thanks Court very much for posting this. Its been a very long set of days and weeks even. We are very grateful for the time we've gotten with my grandpa especially in the last few crucial days of his life. We are happy that he has passed and is no longer suffering.

Now, we look forward to a few days where we can reflect on his life & our own and are once again reminded that the gift of TIME is incredibly important. I really appreciate the prayers and hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. :)

Thanks Court for posting this. Like Kat said this has been a long and hard time and with the many prayers we will make it. I am so glad to have my family here as well as those around me at this time. I was so glad that I was with him when he passed and it gives me peace to see that he is no longer suffering like he was. Again, I want to thank you all for your words and prayers.
