Getting back on Track - Wednesday post

Hello all!  My day yesterday was good.  Work kept me bsy all day and then it was home to a house full of teens so my night was pretty busy too.  Didn't really get in any exercise yesterday but the food, water and vitamins were good.  Crazy day here.  Was late this am. so I have been off schedule all day.  I did get to the vitamin shop yesterday and picked up some designer whey to try.  Of course didn't get to get one this a.m. but there is always tomorrow.  Have no idea what my exercise plan for today is but hopefully I will get some in.

B - protein bar & banana
S - yogurt 
L - lasagna & salad
S - cantalope
D - not sure

Busy here also.  Enjoying time with my daughter as she's only home for a couple more days. 

B - 1/2 of a Breakstone cottage cheese double (pineapple)
S - Protein shake
L- Small romaine salad w/feta and olives
S- Protein shake
D- Cabbage and turkey kilbasa

Good am! Got things accomplished last pm & even got into bed a bit earlier than normal. Today has been chaotic from the word go. I've got things under control so that's good. I've gotten in walking & will get in more this pm rain or not. Got a lot of things on my to do list however given the cir****tances those things will get down when they get down.

B - scrambled eggs with cheese (rushed)
S - none (in a meeting for over 2+ hours)
L - chicken nuggets (not good)
S - protein drink
D - undecided

Good afternoon!

Kinda under the weather again today, so gonna take it easy with exercise. 

Food:

Soup and salad
Protein bar
Not sure what else yet...depends on how I am feeling!
