I'm under 200!!!

Had my follow appointment today and weighed in at 199! I can't freakin' believe it! It's been over 25 years since l've been this small. lt was nice to share that with the support group tonight at Potomac (Brenda, Melissa, and Cindy)!! Thank you all for the kind words of encouragement and for always being there. Missed you Lys!!

Tina - sorry, i kind of forgot about the meeting, i was swimming laps at the pool...(with my daughter) and reading...Im so THRILLED for you to be under 200, one day i will get there, i swear (only 10 more to go to til that happens)! YOU ROCK! lys
