I think there is just something wrong with me! LOL... I take a prescription iron now, and it constipates the hell out of me! :) but still take it... I also take B-12 every day and somehow am still deficient in it, I think I may have to do the injections a few times a month. I will defiantly give everything a shot, I mean eventually I have to find something that will work :)

First & foremost PLEASE get your regimen from YOUR surgeon/surgeon's office. The below is what MY surgeon/surgeon's office & I have come to an agreement on for my particular regimen.
I have struggled with low Vitamin D & low Iron. I take:
Bariatric Advantage Dry Vitamin D 5000 IU - 1 tablet per am
Bariatric Advantage Complete Multi Formula - 1 tablet per day in chewable Berry flavor
Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate - 2 tablets in chewable chocolate flavor
In addition I take:
B12 sublingual lozenges 2500 MCG -1 tablet per day by Spring Valley (Walmart)
Cod Liver Oil (A&D) - 1 tablet per day
I used to take other supplements over the counter wise & they just didn't get my levels up so I gave the Bariatric Advantage ones a try & I'm still taking this (since Oct 08) & my levels have really come up. I hope this helps.

Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow. Sure. Personally I HAVE noticed a difference since switching to the Bariatric Advantage supplements. My levels have come up. Iron has been the most significant issue for me followed by Vit D. Both have greatly improved. All best in your journey!

To answer your question about best results -- I have seen, like Kat, my best results with the Bariatric Advantage. I have tried several kinds, but feel the best on these. Of course, everyone is different, and I think you have to find what works best for you.
