Normal BMI
I finally did it. I have lost enough weight that I now have a normal BMI. I'm no longer over weight.
I am so happy. I had a goal of being 160 by August 8 for my 20 year class reunion and I am 158 and I still have a month before.
I have been having a fun time this summer going to the gym and working out with my teenage daughter. She keeps me motivated. I have been running a 5K on tuesdays and around a 9 K on fridays. Plus the other days I have been doing weights and other cardio machines.
Wednesdays we go to the gym twice. I like to exercise in the morning but there are some evening class I like in the evening so we do both. I have so much energy that my kids and husband are having problems keeping up with me. It is GREAT.
