What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Ok...who's chilly? I woke up chilly this morning and thought, what the?????
BUT...this is GREAT weather for moving. It's not hot and the chill will keep you cool while you move.
So...what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? Calendar says a 3 mile interval run, but you know what??? I think I'm going to pu**** a little and do a 3 1/2 mile interval run.
What's an interval run, you ask? Intervals are quick bursts of energy/speed. When doing interval runs, you run really really fast (breathless) for 30 secs to 2 minutes, and then slow down to catch your breath.
Why do intervals? Intervals are great for fat loss and for improving speed. It conditions the body to adapt quickly and recover quickly.
You can do intervals in just about any activity and its a great way to quickly burn calories.
