What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????
HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! And it's going to be the start of a FANTASTIC weekend!!!!
I may not have the time to post tomorrow, so today's edition will be a combined for both today and tomorow.
Ok...confession - I did NOT get in my run yesterday. Let me tell you....my pouch (at over 3 years out) STILL works. Last night, I sat down to a light dinner before my run. Dinner was chicken, sauted spinach and coucous. Well.....something didn't go down right and i started throwing up and did not quite. I ended up with just a few bites of dinner, later had jello and some cottage cheese - I was starving, but every time I ate, my stomach was spasming. I even tried walking on the treadmill and just felt blah after 15 minutes.
So...what did I learn??? That the pouch STILL rules and to not show my husband our calendar of events at the dinner table. Focus on my meal.
So....now I have to get in a run AND do heavy weights - UGH!!!! Plus, I have a small window of time to do it in, tonight - we have a Harley meeting. YIKES!!! I can do this.
And tomorrow...another YIKES day. We are riding with the Harley group to Kitty Hawk, and we are leaving at 800am. this means that I have to leave my house by 710....walk out the door by 700.....shower/eat starting by 630......work out starting by 550.....get up at 530 (so I can drink my protein shake before I start). Dang it! I was hoping to sleep in. Oh well...my workouts are as important. PLUS....I'll be walking at the Wright Brothers museum. I figure about a 1 hour break, which is plenty of time to walk up and down that hill.

Yikes. Sounds like you you have a full plate. Hope you are feeling better in the tum. Me I work till 4pm, then boy oh boy I am going for a walk. It is supposed to be 71 today. Tomorrow is supposed to be 75, so I am going to try to take a long walk (5-6 miles) out the trail.
