Everyone have a nice Easter?  It was certainly a busy weekend.

PB - Skinny Latte
B - Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi GoLean
L - 1/4 chicken quesidilla
S - SouthBeach High Protein Cereal Bar
D - will be grilled chicken breast, green beans

Hi ya!!  I had a very nice Easter...good weekend, for that matter!  Thanks for asking.

Well, because of all the work I did with our horses, I not only fell asleep early, but slept in past breakfast this morning, so no breakfast.

L  leftover meatloaf & 5 brussel sprouts

D McD's grilled chicken wrap...but didn't care for it so I won't try that again.

S tonight will probably be a banana

Still having trouble remembering to eat, not very hungery, but at least trying

before bed- 1 protien bullet and meds

Noted on most your lists of foods for the day that you are not drinking protein drinks.   As you get farther out  are you eliminating protien drinks from your diet?   

My NUT mentioned that eventually with VGS surgery that the need for protein supplements may be eliminated if my regular meals have sufficient protein.  

I have only 2 persons at this time to discuss VSG issues.  1 is a month behind and we are still learning .... other person is 1.5 years out and still is supplimenting with 2 protein drinks a day.   She does struggle eating period.  I can only assume that is why she is still supplementing. 

I drink 2 protien drinks   @ 20 ozs total  3 meals   protien, veggie (2) or sub with (1) fruit.    I try to limit carbs to 40 grams a day.      Trying to keep out white flour from my diet.   Occasional whole wheat in there, but rare.    Fluids are still a struggle.   Most days 50 ozs  rare I get to 64 os.   So far no stalls.       

I go to see the NUT on the 19th for a follow up.      Thanks

I do try to obtain all of my protein from foods on a daily basis.  However, I keep a jar of Nectar protein on hand in case, for some reason or the other, I have not eaten enough for the day and will have that in the evening. 

I only started NOT drinking at least one per day about five months ago.  Hope this helps you.

Thanks.   5 month doc appt blood work looking great.    Looking forward to my one on one with NUT.      I want to back off my 2nd protein drink & enjoy other SFfluids.
