Another gorgeous day.  Still calling for snow this week - bizarre but hey, we are not in charge.

B - Carbmaster yogurt with Kashi
S- 1/2 lite English Muffin with 1 oz. London Broil deli meat w/1 tsp. feta cheese
L - Egg salad on 1 pc. bread
      Townhouse Flips crackers
S- Skinny Vanilla Latte
D- Leftover sushi from yesterday
S - Nectar protein

Water, vitamins and meds - all taken

How'd you do?  I am craving popcorn like crazy tonight and trying like heck to not cave in to it.

Pre_b Coffee with SF vanilla syrup and soy milk

Pre Breakfast- Achieve One with 6 oz of soy milk

Breakfast- protein bar

L- 3 Caribbean jerk chicken wings

D- Rotisserie Caribbean Lime Chicken, Spring Salad with apples and maybe a couple of strawberries.

Forgot my snack- Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with Protein

B- 2 cups coffee w/ splenda & ff creamer
    1 packet SF Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal

S- handful Cheezits

L- 4ozs tunafish (no bread)
    1 slice cheese

D- 4ozs boneless/skinless chicken breast, 1 tbs mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup sweet peas

S- 2 celery stalks w/ peanut butter

If still hungry later I'll have 4oz cup of my "special" SF jello pudding
