Whatcha Eating Today
OK...here I go. Today was yet not a good day for me, but for the oppisite reason. I was really busy today and did not eat until 3pm.
Pre B- 2 cups of coffee with SF Vanillia syrup and Soy Milk
B- about 1pm Achive one with 6oz of vanilla soy milk.
L-3pm Broclli and cheese soup and a couple of bites of my salad. (can I say I love shoppers salad bar. I can get three meals from a salad for no more then $4)
D- I went to applebees with my BF daughter. I had 2 quesadillas and a cup of chili.
I have had my multi vits and B12. I just need to get my calcium in now.

L 9-veggie stir fry (onion, celery, asparagus, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, red bell pepper, mushroom, yellow squash)
D Family is having Red Hot & Blue BBQ, so I'll have some rib meat, & the rest of my stir fry
S fresh cantaloupe
All meds done, WiiFit weigh-in said I didn't lose anything, but WiiFit age was 24!, 60 oz water

only got in 32ozs water(unless you count coffee..lol)
Havent taken my pills in months but Im working on getting it together.

Today was just an okay day. Not feeling too good, think Im getting a cold but that will pass I hope after some Nyquil tonight.

S- Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi Cereal
L - Crabcake, 2 bites of salad
D - 1/2 McD's cheeseburger
All vitamins and meds taken. 76 oz water in addition to coffee.
Was not my best day.....
I really like these posts and think it will help keep us all accountable.
