I'm having an EGD today

I saw Dr Mo yesterday, and he think I have a stricture want me to get an EGD. I went to Dr Kim's office to make an appointment they needed to see me in the office first. I went and saw Dr Tan, he had an opening in his schedule today at 3pm, so in I go to have things checked into.

Heide, that's terrific news.  You will feel so much better once this gets fixed.  Please do post your experience so that others may learn too.  Perhaps you or someone else could list typical signs & symptoms of a stricture so that others will know what to watch for & know what to do about it.  We're all on a learning curve & knowledge is power.

Ann, when I am feeling a bit better I wil post what I was feeling and going through. Right now I feel weak and have a headache and am busy with Carol. Thanks for the support and the love, it means the world to me.

Melissa thanks for the support and being there for me. I will keep you and the board posted. Also on another note, I have been living in the clothes you gave me, and I get TONS of complements, so thank you for the "new" me...lol

Excellent news that you're having that EGD.  By now, it's hopefully over and done with and they were able to identify and fix the issue.  I had a stricture at exactly 6 weeks post op and had to have two dilations...but, no issues after that with the stricture.
