Thank you and you are right they do know what they are doing. Went by work and have gone on a medical leave and using my vacation so that I will have a paycheck next time around. With hope I go back to work on the 18th or there after we will see as time goes by. It all depends on how strong I get between now and then.

Goal reached 14 months later: 130 lbs
Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!

HI Pat,

That's a good update. Keep taking the asprin as directed. Even if you just walk 5-10 minutes at a time 3 times a day you will make progress. Slow and steady just like the story The tortise and the Hare.
