Onederland! First time in 20 years!
Its official! I am in onderland for the first time in 20 years. I am down almost 40 lbs, and feel great! Even though I do miss certain foods occassionally, I am thrilled with my new lifestyle. I am off all diabetic meds, bladder meds, BP meds and am only taking my allergy med and a boatload of vitamins.
Its funny though, I got my hair cut while I was out recovering, and thats what people think is different about me!! On the upside, they do like the hair! Very few have said anything about me losing weight. (with the exception of one individual who actually asked if I had GAINED a few pounds? WTF???? B-T-H).
Well, just wanted my OH family to be the second to know!! DH was first of course.

You are making fabulous progress! I am so happy for you. A lot of people are afraid to say anything I think and others (that think you have gained!) are sometimes jealous...take it with a grain of salt! Get used to the boat load of vitamins...that is for life but well worth it to me. Congrats!

So Barb, does this mean you're gonna lose the fake avatar & put up a photo of you? I hope so, cuz you've worked hard to achieve what you have...don't hide anymore. Please put up a photo in your avatar so that we can see YOUR gorgeous face instead of that Disney thing. OWN your accomplishment!! Be proud of the new you!!! Good job!
