UNDER 300!!!

Hey All, Doing the happy dance here! Had my 6 wk post op appt with my nutritionist! I'm under 300 lbs!!! First time in so many years that I can't remember!! I was so thrilled I was telling people in the weighting room I weighed 285 lbs! LOL when ever in my life would I be so happy to blurt out my weight?! Loving life and now can eat raw fruits and veggies now too! Man, it just keeps getting better!

Whoo Hoo! Congrats! You are doing fabulous. I do want to caution you...try those raw fruits and veggies at home...trying them out in public can be very embarressing!

Good tip Tammy! That's my plan - baby steps and at home. My pouch will not tolerate fish. Tried some baked talapia last night - it was a NO Go! Tuna is the same way for me. Hoping I can have fish later on but right now it's off my menu.

I have issues with fish, too but tuna is OK. Early out I had to make sure to use enough mayo to keep it extra moist and to put it in a chopper to make it smaller (finer). Have you tried this?
