Back after a few years

I remember joining OH in 2001 before my surgery.  I came on here feeling totally helpless.  With everyone's help I reached goal and then some.  I went from a high of 373 lbs. to a low of 108 lbs.  I looked too thin so decided to gain some weight.  Now I've regained too much weight and am in the overweight BMI category.  My current weight is 163 lbs and at 5'3" I'm told I look good, but I don't feel good.  I have little energy, and get absolutely no exercise, except for the bit of running around I do in the office.  Anyway, I could not find my old profile, I was registered as BettyW from Burke, VA and had my RNY surgery 12/6/01 or 12/8/01, with Dr. Anez.  I cannot find my old profile since I don't recall my password.  In any case, I would love to find my old pics and my blog, just so I can see how long I have come.  I need all the support I can get.  I now live in Clifton, VA and am hoping to get together with some locals for encouragement.  I remember my sad life, unable to walk,  in a wheelchair, jobless and being supported by my husband.  After being married to him for 30 years we divorced and now I have a new life.  This surgery gave me my life back.  I know I need to get back to lots of water and not eating and drinking at the same time.   HELP 

Welcome back! I am glad you came here for support. This forum has helped me so much. I am glad you have your life back now and you can loose the weight you need to with the wonderful ladies here!

Hi Betty - I think your old progfile will have been deleted when OH redid their whole system a couple of years ago and I am pretty sure it wil be too late to get it back but you can always write and ask them if they can help.

Let us know what help you need to get back on track and I am sure everyone here will jump in and try and help you....
