Welcome to Sunday!
Saturday had its ups and downs for me. I went and met a friend to get something for Claire after work then went to pick up returns. I was feeling great until the drive home. My blood sugar dropped (I did not eat when I should have I think) and it really threw me off. I came home, sat on the sofa and the next thing I knew I was waking up to the phone ringing and all four dogs snuggled up with me. I felt better...but not great. I slept right thru an appointment and then got up and got moving. I did some laundry and took another shower and then realized I had STILL forgotten to eat! Steve, Kara, Adam and I met some friends for dinner and then we went to listen to some music. After that it was out for cuppas then home again. I got home just in time to go to work. I helped put things together and then came home and crashed hard.
I am missing church today in favor of going tonight instead. The weather is absolutely gorgeous out today so we are packing up a picnic and headed to the park. I think there will be some walking involved, some fishing and some lunch. Most importantly is fellship, covos and good times with family and friends.
Make the most of today (and everyday) and get out there and enjoy it!

The good: I've been outside walking and playing with my kids and hubby all weekend long! I'm sore and exhausted but feel more wonderful than I've felt in years!
