Update on Jackie...I talked to Betty...

I just got off the phone with Betty and Jackie is banged up pretty badly. She is in the critical care unit and has tons of injuries. Frankly, she is lucky to be alive!

She has four broken ribs on one side, numerous on the other, her lungs are collapsing, she is having spasms in her back, she has a broken pelvis and is in horrible pain.

They are giving her an epidural to try and help with the pain and allow her to breathe deeper as well.

Please keep the prayers coming. God listens and answers!

Betty will be leaving the hospital soon to go and get her granddaughter from the school bus. I pray she gets some rest after that. I know they all have a long road ahead of them.

I did not get a chance to ask. We were talking and the doctor came so she had to go and talk to him. I hope to talk to her later today...I will ask then if I can get thru and let you know.
