Life could not get any better than this!
Sleep was different last night...dreams and forgetfulness when I woke up. Once I was up, I showered and dressed. Then headed to the doctors for a B-12 shot. The doctor's scale wighed re me the same as at the gym. Still hovering at 201. From there I stopped for coffee and a multi-grain bagle. Then it was off to work. Work was up and down. Everyone is stressed out as a group is coming next week to accredit us. I am so glad my weekend is here.
Friday will begin with my final physical therapy session. Then it is to the store and then home. Going to make red velvet cupcakes for a party tomorrow night.
